Merchandise Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your merchandise purchase (such as apparel, hats, or accessories), you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order for an exchange or refund.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm approval and process your refund or exchange.

Music Purchases

All digital music purchases (including downloads and streaming access) are non-refundable.
Because digital content cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded, we do not issue refunds or exchanges for music products.

Please ensure your purchase details are correct before completing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
